- Appointment Book
$Free
- -- The frameset and JavaScript that run this are generated from a PERL CGI.
In doing so, the PERL script reads an ascii delimited database and includes the
database of appointments on record in the generated JavaScript. The advantage
here is that the client (you) can browse the database without further access to
the server until an appointment is made, thus reducing the load on the server
and generally speeding up the whole process. The load having been shifted to
your PC, response time will depend on your CPU's processing power
